Refund and Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel any policy of insurance you purchase from Europ Assistance within 14 (fourteen) days of issue or receipt of the policy terms and conditions whichever is the later. Europ Assistance will refund to you any premium you have paid and will recover from you any payments we have made.

The above terms and conditions may be updated by Europ Assistance from time to time without notice. By browsing the website you accept that you are bound by the current terms and conditions and notices and we therefore recommend that you check these each time you revisit our website.
