As soon as you report a domestic emergency an Assistance Representative will call out one of the professional tradespeople from the extensive network that we have created nationwide. Their first priority is to prevent further damage to your home, make it safe and secure. In short, they stop it, you approve it, and we pay for it. It's that simple.

Home Assist Cover: Protection against bursting or sudden leakage of internal water pipes or failure of domestic hot water heating, failure of or damage to underground drains or sewers, failure of your main services, damage to or mechanical failure of the only accessible toilet or cistern which results in complete loss of function, removal of wasps nests, field or house mice or brown rats within your home, break-in or vandalism compromising the security of your home, missing or repositioned roof tiles. All for only £65.
Home Assist Plus Cover: Home Assist with the addition of cover for the complete failure of your central heating system involving a boiler or warm air unit. Please note, boilers must be under 10 years of age. All for only £85.
