Docticare.co.uk offers a series of regularly updated articles on health and well-being, together with animated or audio-video clips and in-depth features. The portal also allows visitors to consult content approved by the health authorities, dealing with emergencies, disease prevention, in addition to treatment and health care for women, children, teenagers and senior citizens.
There are a number of sections to explore providing speedy and simple answers to practical questions concerning health. Along with the interactive mini-applications, a medical dictionary and a number of tests and quizzes are also available.
If you sign up for free membership you can access a personal area, take part in polls and have the chance to comment on and rate the published articles, and to consult a multilingual medical glossary.
NetGlobers

NetGlobers is the first global community portal focusing on travel risks.It combines content generated by net users and “official” information regarding cities, countries and regions throughout the world.
Our community portal combines discussion forums, travel reports, country information files and official information, NetGlobers aims to help users plan their trips by providing them with an overall view of the risks associated with their chosen destination rather just through opinion formed by the media.
Information covers over 193 countries and is made available free-of-charge to users by the Europ Assistance Group through its partner Crisis Consulting, a consultancy firm specialising in the analysis and management of travel risks.
NetGlobers, the first website to combine official and community sources
NetGlobers’ community content is generated by forum discussions, scores given by travellers based on their own views ans experiences of the risks concerning a given destination, and detailed travel reports regarding the health, political and social risks of a country they have visited. These Travel Reports can include text, video and photos and are an unprecedented way of sharing personal experience combined with recognition of health risks.
